Role Description
We are seeking Chartered Accountants and Inter CAs for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves handling accounting processes, auditing, and managing direct and indirect taxation for clients, along with contributing to business consulting services such as financial analysis, feasibility studies, and funding advice. Additional responsibilities include financial reporting, compliance with regulatory norms, and supporting clients in process optimization and technology adoption. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing insights to meet client-specific needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Strong skills in Auditing, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying gaps in financial processes.
- Expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxation, including tax planning, assessment handling, and compliance.
- Exceptional analytical abilities for conducting financial analysis, viability studies, and business consulting.
- Knowledge of corporate laws, funding syndication through banks, NBFCs, and private equity or foreign investments.
- Strong proficiency in technology and software tools related to accounting, financial management, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. CA qualification required for Chartered Accountant applicants. Inter CA certification required for Inter CA applicants.
