Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS)
Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and coordinate with external auditors
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns
Manage direct and indirect taxation matters, including tax assessments and appeals
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund flow management
Conduct financial analysis and support strategic decision-making
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies
Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls
Review and approve financial transactions, ledger entries, and reconciliations
Support due diligence, mergers, or financial restructuring if applicable
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
27 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, or audit
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
Experience in [insert relevant industry, e.g., manufacturing, services, finance] preferred
