Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Charter Sales Specialist located in New Delhi. The Charter Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client inquiries, presenting charter solutions, processing bookings, and ensuring exceptional client service. The role involves maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with other team members to meet sales targets. Providing tailored advice and ensuring smooth communication and coordination between clients and operations teams will also be crucial responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills for effectively building relationships and addressing client needs
• Proficiency in sales, including identifying opportunities and managing the sales process
• Experience in training and sales management to guide and support a high-performing sales team
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of the aviation industry and charter sales processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field preferred
