Charter Sales Intern Job Profile
Role Overview

As a Charter Sales Intern, you assist in selling private jet charter services. This is a mix of sales, client coordination, and aviation operations exposure. You'll work closely with brokers, operators, and high-end clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales Support
  • Research potential clients (corporates, HNIs, travel agencies)
  • Assist in outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Maintain and update CRM databases
  • Support senior sales managers in closing deals
2. Client Interaction
  • Handle initial inquiries for private jet charters
  • Understand client requirements (route, passengers, aircraft type, timing)
  • Help prepare quotations and proposals
3. Flight Coordination (Basic Exposure)
  • Coordinate with aircraft operators for availability and pricing
  • Learn aircraft types, routes, and permits
  • Assist in preparing charter itineraries
4. Market Research
  • Analyze competitor pricing and offerings
  • Study trends in private aviation demand
  • Identify new business opportunities
5. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain records of leads and conversions
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
  • Assist in contract and invoice documentation

Skills Required

  • Strong communication (especially English)
  • Sales mindset & confidence in speaking with clients
  • Basic understanding of aviation (can be learned on the job)
  • Good with Excel / CRM tools
  • Attention to detail & quick response time
