Role Description

As a Fundraising Officer, you will represent CEF International at our authorized kiosk inside Trivandrum International Airport. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with passengers traveling for business, leisure, or personal reasons, and educate them about our mission, ongoing campaigns, and the tangible impact of their contributions.

You will serve as the face of the organization building meaningful conversations, creating awareness, and inspiring individuals to support our cause. Your role is crucial in emotionally connecting with potential donors and encouraging them to contribute toward improving the lives of children who lack access to basic necessities such as education, food, clothing, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact confidently and professionally with airport passengers
• Present CEF International's mission and campaigns effectively
• Inspire and secure donations to meet daily and monthly fundraising targets
• Build positive donor relationships
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions
• Represent the organization with integrity and enthusiasm

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising
• Strong experience in organizing and managing fundraising activities/events
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Target-driven with strong persuasive abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Background in sales or the non-profit sector preferred
