Business Responsibilities
Identifying and managing relationships with potential partners/hosts in each
geography
Onboarding hosts within the geography to set up the GRID points by doing intracity
and intercity traveling and closing deals.
Take complete ownership of the assigned territory
Operational & relationship management with all hosts, alliance partners, and local
govt bodies within the geography
Ensuring readiness & health of sales pipeline for Ather Grid expansion at Public
locations
Identifying and managing relationships with potential local brand alliances and
partners that would help increase the CI footprint
Ensuring timely reimbursement of payments to hosts
Escalating product- or service-related problems
Working towards maintaining a positive user sentiment toward charging
Monitors all channels for charging VOC
Driving, monitoring, and tracking SLAs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Ensuring emails/ tickets/ follow-ups with hosts and vendors are closed within agreed
timelines
Ensuring Process implementation for each installation
Work with the CI Admin Executive to ensure completion of all legal documentation
before a CI location goes live. Ensure information is shared with the executive to
process timely payments and reimbursements to hosts
Stay connected and up to date with the changes in the CI team and the rest of the
organization
Support host onboarding in other locations, if required
Cross-functional Responsibilities
Cross functional engagement with legal, finance, marketing, process and other teams
for a smoother functioning team at Ather
Business tools: Using CRM tool, Operations tool and other business tools to
operate, install and track charging grids usage optimally
CI Operations Team: Coordination of audits, installation, and bug resolutions
Experience: 3-5 years
Proficiency in local language is must
