Responsibilities:
Identify and Recruit:
- Proactively identify potential channel partners (resellers, distributors, system integrators, etc.) that align with our target market and product offerings.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential partners through various channels (email, phone, networking events, industry conferences).
- Qualify leads based on criteria such as partner type, geographic coverage, customer base, and expertise.
Onboarding and Enablement:
- Manage the onboarding process for new channel partners, including agreement negotiations, training programs, and providing access to necessary resources.
- Develop and deliver effective sales enablement materials to equip partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing support.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners through regular communication, business reviews, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Address partner inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Monitor partner performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential new partner segments.
- Stay informed about relevant industry events, conferences, and publications.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to channel partner recruitment, onboarding, and sales performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in channel partner recruitment, business development, or sales within the relevant industry.
Networking: Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the target market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
