Position Overview: The Channel Sales Manager will drive revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships, expanding Sparsh's market reach and ensuring the brand remains the preferred choice in security solutions. This role requires strong strategic thinking, sales expertise, and relationship management to build and maintain effective channel networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with partner to follow up opportunity till closure
Monitor partner by having a regular review on the pipeline build by the partner
Or else create demand with partner if pipeline coverage is not sufficient
Perform agreement negotiation and produce order write-up
Liaise with dealers, design institute and production team
Lead the commercial negotiation process
Manage contracts and pricing negotiations in line with current policies
Desired Experience:
A drive for consistent improvement Work with prospective channel partners such as RD's, SRD's, Systems Integrators (SIs) & Value-Added Resellers (VARs) in promoting and selling CCTV solutions
Engage potential partners primarily generated from outbound calling along with networking, marketing activities and referrals
Successfully position the benefits of cognitive computing in an effort to acquire new customers, bring them on board, enable them, and make them productive
Consistently drive new opportunities and revenue through new and existing partnerships
Collaborate with other sellers and solution providers to design solutions accurately
Key Requirements:
Market knowledge of the Surveillance industry
Basic understanding of CCTV products
Principles and best practices in CCTV & Surveillance industry
Reseller channel & System Integrator network and understanding of the ways to help them grow their business
