Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Channel Sales Manager to expand and manage our partner network across India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel sales, good knowledge of the ERP market, and a preference for candidates who understand the jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage channel partner network across India
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new partners for business expansion
- Drive revenue through channel partners and achieve sales targets
- Conduct partner training on ERP products and solutions
- Build strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators
- Support partners in lead generation and deal closures
- Monitor partner performance and ensure target achievement
- Travel extensively across India to meet partners and clients
Required Skills & Experience
- 610 years of overall sales experience
- Minimum 34 years of dedicated experience in Channel Sales
- Strong understanding of the ERP market
- Experience in handling B2B sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel Pan India
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding or prior exposure to the Jewellery Industry
- Experience selling ERP solutions to manufacturing or retail sectors
