Job Description

As a Channel Sales Manager you willdrive revenue through third-party partners (resellers, distributors, integrators) by building strong relationships, developing sales strategies, recruiting new partners, providing training, and monitoring performance to meet sales targets and company goals. Key duties involve creating partner programs, aligning with marketing, analyzing performance, and acting as the link between the company and its indirect sales network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Management:Recruit, onboard, train, and maintain relationships with channel partners (resellers, distributors).
  • Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute channel sales strategies, programs, and incentives to boost revenue and market reach.
  • Performance & Reporting:Monitor partner performance, analyze sales data, forecast, and report results to management.
  • Collaboration:Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure partner success and goal alignment.
  • Sales Execution:Drive campaign activity with partners and ensure they are equipped to sell products effectively.
