Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive channel partner acquisition, onboarding, and performance to achieve revenue and sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners to ensure sustained business flow.
  • Monitor channel productivity, track KPIs, and implement strategies to boost conversions and lead quality.
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to support partners with updated inventory, pricing, and collaterals.
  • Conduct regular partner meets, trainings, and field visits to enhance engagement and strengthen channel effectiveness.

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to influence channel partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management systems, and sales analytics.
  • Deep understanding of real estate sales cycles and channel partner ecosystems.
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 36 years of proven experience in channel sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Ability to travel for partner meetings, site visits, and field engagements as required
