Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel partner development strategies to drive revenue growth through distribution channels.
  • Manage relationships with key partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and effective communication with partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions on product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting on partner performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in Channel Sales Management or related field (B2B/IT industry).
  • Proven track record of success in developing strong relationships with key partners.
  • Strong understanding of Distribution Channel Sales principles, including channel development, management, and strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust with senior-level executives at partner organizations.
