- Develop and execute channel partner development strategies to drive revenue growth through distribution channels.
- Manage relationships with key partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and effective communication with partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions on product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on partner performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Channel Sales Management or related field (B2B/IT industry).
- Proven track record of success in developing strong relationships with key partners.
- Strong understanding of Distribution Channel Sales principles, including channel development, management, and strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust with senior-level executives at partner organizations.
