Role Overview:
Praan is seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Executive who will drive revenue growth by establishing and expanding a network of architect partners and channel distributors in the air purification space. The role is ideal for sales professionals passionate about engaging the architecture and design community to promote cutting-edge air purification solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies focused on acquiring and nurturing architect partnerships and distributor networks.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners, with a primary emphasis on leading architecture firms, consultants, and influencers in the built environment ecosystem.
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing channel partnersproviding training, technical support, and marketing materials to strengthen partnership value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Praan's engineering, product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of channel partner programs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners, monitor sales performance, and recommend growth strategies for increased market penetration.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and network engagements to expand Praan's brand reach among architects and design professionals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutual profitability and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, preferably in the architecture, building products, or air purification industry.
- Track record of building and managing architect or design networks for B2B product sales.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, analytics, and channel performance tracking.
- Willingness to travel and attend relevant industry events.
