Sunteck India is hiring Channel Sales Managers- Mumbai (Western Suburbs)
Scope of work
- To expand the database of channel partners (ICP/ RCP) by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel
Role & responsibilities
- To ensure Sales through Channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at all active projects
- Ensure the targets set for sales through channels and networks is achieved as per timelines
- Ensure the quality of channel partners bearing in mind the brand repute and standing in the market
- Excellent team management skills to motivate the channel sales team
- Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners
- Work closely with team leads and site heads for various promotional offers for channel
- Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners
- Maintain the channel partnership and ensure that they are updated regularly on price and product updates
- To oversee organization of channel-related events
- Leverage existing channel partners for moving existing inventory during new launches
- Endeavor to constantly improve the channel partner experience
Skills Required
- Must have Good Communication Skills
- Must have good experience of Channel /Corporate / Closure sales
- Must be a team player Go the extra mile to achieve its targets
- For non-industry background, concept of B2B is must
Should have worked on dealer management, distributor management
Experience in Mumbai western suburbs is added advantage.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA/ PGDBM (preferred). Graduation mandatory
- Experience in Mumbai western suburbs is mandatory.
- Must have Good Communication Skills.
- Must have good experience of Channel sales. Worked from Andheri to Vasai.
- Ticket size handled should be around 3 cr upward.
