Job Role: Channel Partner Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Channel Partner Manager to join our real estate division in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have an existing strong network of brokers and channel partners, with the ability to onboard new partners, build and maintain long-term relationships, and drive sales closures through these channels. The role involves managing multiple projects across various geographies in Bangalore and surrounding areas, fostering a robust network to generate leads and achieve sales targets..

Responsibilities:

Network Management & Expansion:

o Leverage existing network of brokers and channel partners across Bangalore.

o Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners on a regular basis to expand the sales reach.

o Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with channel partners and brokers to ensure continuous engagement and sales support.

Sales & Business Development

o Drive sales closures through channel partners to achieve project-specific sales targets.

o Promote and market multiple real estate projects across different geographies within Bangalore and near Bangalore.

o Develop strategies to generate adequate inquiries and convert them into sales.

Collaboration & Coordination

o Provide feedback from channel partners regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competition.

o Foster relationships with local brokers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to enhance project visibility and inquiries.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

o Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, partner activity, and overall pipeline development.

o Implement corrective actions and strategies to meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in real estate sales & channel partner management.

Existing strong network of brokers and channel partners in Bangalore.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and geographies simultaneously.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.

Familiarity with the Bangalore real estate market.
