Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Channel Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle through channel partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent pipeline development. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing channel sales strategies, conducting partner reviews, setting performance targets, and providing sales training and enablement. The Channel Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams on pricing, proposals, and marketing initiatives, while maintaining strong customer service standards and resolving partner or end-customer issues promptly. Regular reporting on channel performance, market trends, and competitive activities will be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline development, forecasting, negotiation, and closing deals through partners.
  • Demonstrated focus on Customer Service, with the ability to support partners and end customers, handle escalations, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Ability to develop and execute channel go-to-market plans, including partner enablement, joint campaigns, and territory coverage strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities to track channel performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed to meet with partners and customers.
