Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Channel Sales Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners to drive sales of high-end audio and home cinema solutions. Daily activities include developing and executing channel sales strategies, conducting regular partner visits, tracking performance against targets, and coordinating product demonstrations and trainings. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, installation coordination, and after-sales support. The Channel Sales Manager will also handle partner queries, resolve issues promptly, prepare sales reports, and provide market feedback to inform business and product decisions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in channel-focused activities, including Channel Sales and building strong relationships with Channel Partners.
- Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Strong Customer Service orientation, with the ability to manage partner and end-customer expectations and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products in clear, accessible terms.
- Experience in consumer electronics, audio-visual, or related premium lifestyle products is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within the region as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic sales reporting tools and CRM systems, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
