Role Description
Developing and Executing Channel Sales Strategies: Identify and onboard new channel partners, develop sales strategies, and programs to achieve revenue targets.
Execute joint detailed pre-planned joint field rides in critical markets where distributors are recruited in Asia.
Build funnel for capital equipment in Asian markets and leverage local channel partners to drive sales progression.
Facilitate tender documentation to distributors participating in tenders in Asian market.
Building and Maintaining Relationships: Foster strong relationships with channel partners, provide training, support, and resources to ensure their success.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track sales performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective strategies.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with internal teams to develop marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Managing day-to-day activities with channel partners.
Address partner issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
Proven Experience: Channel sales or partner management experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Past experience in Medical Device, Medical technologies domain will be a plus.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Tools: Familiarity with industry-specific products and trends.
Bachelor's Degree: Business, marketing, or a related field.
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, negotiation and an ability to build strong relationships with partner.
Driven, highly motivated and results driven.
Strong personal network within the industry.
8-15 years of experience in driving channel sales.
