We are looking for a seasoned Channel Sales Manager with over 15 years of proven experience in managing and growing channel partner ecosystems for commercial UPS, micro UPS or computer peripherals. The ideal candidate will bring deep market insights, strong business acumen, and a solid network of distributors and dealers in the power electro

nics

  • ties:Manage and grow the existing channel network including distributors, dealers, resellers and system integra
  • tors.Identify and develop new channel partners in potential regions to expand market reach for UPS or computer periph
  • eral.Create and execute channel sales strategies aligned with business targets and product road
  • maps.Conduct regular business reviews, drive partner performance, and support revenue genera
  • tion.Provide training and product knowledge support to partners to ensure effective selling of technical prod
  • ucts.Negotiate commercial terms, manage pricing, schemes, and channel incent
  • ives.Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to guide future channel develop
  • ment.Liaise with internal teams like marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure partner satisfac
  • tion.Ensure efficient handling of inventory, credit, and after-sales support through partner coordina
  • tion.Travel as required to maintain strong partner relationships and capture new business opportuni

ties.
Qualifica

  • tions:B.E./B. Tech. - Power Electronics / Electronics & Communication /Electronics/ Elec
  • trical15+ years of experience in channel sales, specifically in commercial UPS, micro UPS or computer periph
