Franchise Channel Sales Manager (B2B)

Job Brief:

As a Franchise Channel Sales Manager (B2B), you will play a critical role in expanding the Scale100X ecosystem by acquiring and onboarding franchise and channel partners across India. You will own the entire sales lifecyclefrom lead engagement and pitching to closure and onboardingensuring a smooth transition from sale to activation.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-ownership, target-driven environments and are excited about building scalable partner networks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and onboard franchise and channel partners
  2. Achieve franchise acquisition and sales targets
  3. Pitch the franchise model, negotiate, and close B2B deals
  4. Manage end-to-end onboarding from first connect to activation
  5. Ensure clear partner communication and smooth internal handover
  6. Track sales performance and pipelines using CRM tools

Preferred Skill Sets:

  1. Prior experience in franchise sales, channel sales, or B2B partnerships
  2. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills
  3. Strategic mindset with execution focus
  4. Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines
  5. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Prerequisites:

  1. Salary Upto 8 LPA + Incentives
  2. Full-time, in-office role (Andheri, Mumbai)
  3. Immediate joinees preferred.
  4. Comfortable with Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy.
  5. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday off)
  6. Work Timings: 10:30 a.m.to 7:30 p.m
