Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to develop, manage, and grow our partner network. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners to expand market reach.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and resellers to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor partner performance and provide support to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training, marketing support, and product knowledge to partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- B. Tech / MBA
- 60% + in educational qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of sales processes and channel dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
