Job Description

Job Title:

ASM - Branch Channel Manager
RSM - Branch Channel Manager

Location:

Mumbai

Grade:

Manager / Sr. Manager

Position Purpose

Source LAP (Loan Against Property) and BIL (Business Installment Loans) through liability branches.
Achieve assigned business targets.
Generate revenue through cross-selling, maintaining weighted interest rates and processing fees.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve LAP targets via branch network.
Conduct regular visits to branches for lead generation and internal engagement.
Train and develop branch employees on Retail Asset products.
Ensure compliance and maintain high integrity standards.
Demonstrate product awareness of LAP and understanding of local geography.

Qualifications

Essential:

Minimum 50% aggregate in qualifying exams.
Any Graduate.
Postgraduate: MBA/PGDM preferred.

Experience

Essential:

Experience in LAP (Mortgage) sales.
Must have worked with a Bank or NBFC in the LAP/Mortgages department.
