Job Summary:
Role focuses on driving growth for Solar Power Systems within the Pune region through strong channel sales strategies and distributor relationships. It demands hands-on experience in channel sales, market knowledge of Pune, and fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English, along with the ability to lead, strategize, and address customer service need.
Job Responsibility:
- Drive SPS product sales across Pune, Satara, Sangli, and Kolhapur regions, with Pune being the base location.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and dealers to ensure consistent business growth.
- Enhance both primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain a robust dealer network to support deeper market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies.
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies to address sales shortfalls and support growth objectives.
- Oversee branding and advertising initiatives to improve brand visibility and awareness in the territory.
- Address and resolve service-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Guide, motivate, and improve the communication skills of the distributor's sales team to enhance performance.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Graduation/3 yr Diploma (regular).
- 2+ years of experience in channel sales, managing Pune region with a focus on the Solar Power Systems product division.
