Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel Sales Executive, based in Kochi. The Channel Sales Executive will manage and build relationships with channel partners, drive channel sales, and ensure smooth operations to meet revenue targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential channel partners, facilitating negotiations, supporting sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and tracking progress toward sales goals. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance partner engagement and performance.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Channel Sales and the ability to identify and establish successful partnerships with channel partners.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with partners and internal teams.
  • Expertise in Sales strategies with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth through channel networks.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to support partner operations and ensure satisfaction at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in the MSME sector or digital platforms is a plus.
