Job Title: Business Development Executive (Channel Sales)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Travel extensively across the assigned territory to generate leads, support partners, and drive business revenue.
- Accurately forecast future sales based on pipeline activity and market trends.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in identifying and onboarding new channel partners and distributors.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive consistent sales growth.
- Assist in executing regional sales plans and marketing initiatives tailored for channel partners.
- Conduct regular visits to channel partners to ensure product availability and effective sales execution.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Track the sales pipeline and report progress regularly to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and sales materials for partners.
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support strategic decisions.
Skills & Experience Required
- 03 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic consultative selling and follow-up techniques.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Confidence in delivering product presentations and handling objections.
