Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Channel Sales)

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Department: Sales

Job Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai/ Pune/ Delhi

Experience- 1-3 Years (Channel Sales Electronic Security Products)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Travel extensively across the assigned territory to generate leads, support partners, and drive business revenue.
  • Accurately forecast future sales based on pipeline activity and market trends.
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager in identifying and onboarding new channel partners and distributors.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive consistent sales growth.
  • Assist in executing regional sales plans and marketing initiatives tailored for channel partners.
  • Conduct regular visits to channel partners to ensure product availability and effective sales execution.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Track the sales pipeline and report progress regularly to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and sales materials for partners.
  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support strategic decisions.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 03 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic consultative selling and follow-up techniques.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities.
  • Confidence in delivering product presentations and handling objections.
