About the Company:

eCAPS Computers India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of IT and security solutions across India. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for dynamic, self-motivated professionals to drive business growth through channel partnerships and direct sales.

Channel Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and resellers in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive sales.
  • Promote company products and solutions through the partner network.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets through channel engagement.
  • Conduct partner meetings, product demos, and training sessions.
  • Track partner performance and provide regular sales updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and order processing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (IT or tech sales preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
