About MediSim VR

MediSim VR (founded at IIT Madras and incubated at Johnson & Johnson Innovation Labs, Boston) is India's pioneer in Virtual Reality-based healthcare skill training.

We enable medical, nursing, and allied health institutions to provide experiential, simulation-driven training through our patented VR technology serving 7,500+ users and delivering over 1,00,000 hours of VR-based simulation learning.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Channel Partnership Executive to drive our expansion across India through strategic alliances and reseller networks.

The ideal candidate will identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners across regions to scale MediSim VR's footprint in the healthcare education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Identification & Onboarding

  • Identify potential channel partners (distributors, resellers, and training solution providers) across India.
  • Evaluate partner capabilities, market reach, and alignment with MediSim VR's goals.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and certification processes for new partners.

2. Partner Enablement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all channel partners.
  • Drive partner engagement through consistent communication, support, and performance tracking.
  • Facilitate joint marketing activities, demos, and product showcases.

3. Sales Growth & Performance Tracking

  • Develop quarterly and annual channel sales targets and ensure achievement through partners.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, deal progress, and closure rates via CRM tools (e.g., Bigin).
  • Analyze channel performance data to optimize strategies and improve conversion metrics.

4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop partner enablement materials and co-branded campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and customer experience through partners.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 35 years of experience in channel sales, business partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, MedTech, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven experience managing channel partner ecosystems or regional distributors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required across regions.
