About the Role

Seeking an experienced professional to manage and grow Unolo's B2B SaaS channel partner ecosystem, driving customer acquisition, renewals, and revenue growth through partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition and renewals through channel partners
  • Own monthly & quarterly revenue targets
  • Identify, onboard, and enable channel partners across India
  • Build and nurture long-term, high-trust partner relationships
  • Track renewal %, revenue retention & partner performance metrics
  • Use data insights to reduce churn and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Improve partner productivity through scalable processes
  • Manage the complete customer lifecycle via partner-led sales

Requirements

  • 45 years experience in B2B SaaS channel partnerships / sales / business development
  • Proven success in customer acquisition & renewals
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles & channel models
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data & performance metrics
  • Excellent stakeholder & relationship management skills
  • Consistent track record of achieving revenue and retention targets
