Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhubaneswar for a Channel Partner Sourcing Manager specializing in Real Estate Sales. The manager will lead the identification, onboarding, and management of new and existing channel partners. Responsibilities include developing relationships with channel partners, planning business strategies, driving channel sales, and ensuring smooth account management. The role involves collaborating with partners to meet revenue goals and proactively addressing potential business challenges.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Channel Partners and Channel Sales management
  • Expertise in Business Planning for strategic growth
  • Strong Account Management skills for maintaining partner relationships
  • Experience in Sales and client engagement strategies
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Proven experience in real estate sales is a plus
