Job Title:Channel Partner / Reseller Manager Drone / UGV / Mule Secure Datalinks & C2

Location: New Delhi / Mumbai (Pan-India role)

About TAL Secure Systems

TAL Secure Systems builds secure datalinks, C2 (Command & Control) solutions, and anti-jamming devices for nextgeneration drones, robotic platforms, and unmanned systems used in defence, homeland security, and critical industrial applications.

What You Will Do

- Build and manage a high-quality network of channel partners and resellers focused on drone and robotics OEMs, defence tech integrators, and system houses across India.

- Drive designwins by getting TAL's datalinks, C2 and anti-jamming products integrated into UAVs, UGVs, robotic dogs, and related platforms.

- Support partners in opportunities with MoD, MHA, CAPFs, and State Police (RFIs, RFPs, tenders, trials, and PoCs).

- Own channel revenue targets, pipeline, and forecasting; run joint demandgeneration and partner enablement activities.

- Act as the primary commercial and relationship owner for key partners, coordinating internally with technical, product, and operations teams.

What We're Looking For

- 6-8 years in channel sales / business development in defence communications, RF systems, drones, robotics, or unmanned technologies.

- Strong connects with drone and robotics manufacturers, defence/system integrators, and valueadded resellers in India.

- Working knowledge of SDR, tactical datalinks, GNSS/GPS, C2 architectures, and antijamming concepts (you don't need to be an engineer, but you must be able to sell to one).

- Experience engaging via partners with MoD, MHA, CAPFs and State Police procurement / modernization programs.

- Commercial mindset, comfortable with targets, partner negotiations, and field travel.
