Role Description

The Channel Manager will oversee and establish strong partnerships with channel partners while driving regional sales initiatives. Responsibilities include managing existing channel relationships, identifying new partners, conducting sales training, assisting in achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Channel Sales, developing and expanding relationships with Channel Partners
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Strong Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and support for partners and clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving growth in a competitive market
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity or IT-related sales is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
