Role Overview: The Channel Manager – Franchisee (B2B), is responsible for acquiring new franchisees/sub-brokers and managing existing partners to drive business growth. The role involves identifying potential partners, onboarding them, and ensuring their smooth operations while increasing revenue generation through trading and investment products. The IRM will act as a bridge between the stockbroking company and its franchisee network to ensure seamless business execution and partner satisfaction.

Role Description

  • Identify, onboard, and develop new franchisees, sub-brokers, and business partners.
  • Build and execute strategies to expand the broking network with high-quality partners.
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling of distribution products.
  • Support franchisees in client acquisition, platform setup, and overall business development.
  • Monitor partner performance, trading volumes, and revenue; implement growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions, seminars, and webinars to enhance partner productivity.
  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, research, and operations teams to resolve partner issues.
  • Maintain data confidentiality, integrity, and long-term partner relationships.
  • Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to franchisees to optimize their business efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling data and financial transactions.
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency and value addition.
  • Work closely with research, operations, and compliance teams to deliver superior experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ Years in sales/wealth management of handling clients.
  • Preferred industry back ground: Stock Broking.
  • Prior experience in franchisee acquisition, business partner management, or channel sales in the financial sector.
  • Existing network of potential franchisees, sub-brokers, or business partners is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements in the broking industry.
  • Domain Knowledge: Sales, capital markets, Investment Products.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
