Job Description

Position: Channel Manager - Direct HNI

Experience: 10 - 16 years

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive HNI client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth. The role involves directly sourcing clients, offering tailored investment solutions, and ensuring high-quality client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage HNI clients through networking, references, and self-sourcing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across Mutual funds, Wealth, equity, debt, liquid, PMS, and SIP products.
  • Build long-term client relationships and drive engagement programs.
  • Reactivate dormant clients and onboard new investors.
  • Partner with corporates and distributors to expand business opportunities.
  • Support business development initiatives such as events, campaigns, and contests.
  • Provide timely client/product updates and ensure strong after-sales service.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and internal processes.
  • Furnish sales reports and maintain updated records in sales portals.
  • Lead and guide a team of Relationship Managers, driving their performance and capability building.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in HNI client acquisition & relationship management (financial services preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
