We're growing fast and expanding our partner ecosystem — and we're on the lookout for a passionate, high-performing Channel Manager to take the driver's seat in building and scaling our channel business across regions.
What You'll Do
- Build the ecosystem: Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier partners — VARs, SIs and distributors.
- Drive partner success: Develop and execute joint GTM strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth.
- Strengthen relationships: Be the trusted advisor to our partners — ensuring alignment, motivation, and mutual wins.
- Enable excellence: Conduct partner trainings, marketing programs, and certification initiatives.
- Collaborate for impact: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to convert opportunities into success stories.
- Measure and optimize: Track partner KPIs, deal velocity, and pipeline contribution to fuel continuous growth.
What You Bring
- 3-8 years of proven experience in Channel / Partner Sales, ideally in Cybersecurity, Data Security, or SaaS.
- Strong network and understanding of the partner ecosystem (VARs, SIs).
- Strategic yet hands-on — equally comfortable in boardroom discussions and field execution.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, accountable, and goal-driven.
