Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT change management strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to evaluate and approve changes.
  • Assess change requests in terms of risk, impact, business priority, and resource needs.
  • Ensure all changes are properly documented, approved, scheduled, and effectively communicated to stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and status of change implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams to enable successful deployments.
  • Maintain and update the change calendar, preventing service disruption and scheduling conflicts.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve the change process.
  • Ensure strict compliance with ITIL best practices across the change management lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in IT Change Management or a similar role within a complex, global IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework (ITIL certification preferred).
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.
