Change Manager, AI Adoption & Enterprise Transformation
The Change Manager will support AI adoption and enterprise transformation initiatives across the organization. Primary functions include creating and executing change strategies, conducting change impact assessments, and applying findings to increase employee adoption of AI and transformational changes within teams and departments.
This role will partner with business, communications, training, project management, and technology teams throughout all phases of change, coordinating activities such as stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness assessments. The role will be highly visible and requires regular interaction with project and senior leadership.
About The Role
In this role as Change Manager, you will:
- Serve as CM Workstream Lead for assigned AI and transformation projects, partnering with business, communications, training, project management and technology teams throughout all phases of change.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to understand resistance areas, resilience gaps, and change readiness across the organization.
- Create, design and develop change strategies specific to each project, identifying audiences, change impact, and execution plans.
- Coordinate change implementation plans with communications and training leads, delivering on tactics and timelines to address human impact, foster buy-in, and minimize resistance.
- Integrate and monitor change management activities into project plans, ensuring change is managed proactively and consistently.
- Define and measure success metrics including stakeholder engagement quality, training completion rates, and change plan execution to monitor progress and drive project success.
- Manage resistance by identifying incidents, resolving issues, and adjusting plans as needed based on feedback cycles.
- Support and coach project managers, team supervisors, and Change Champions on change resilience and best practices.
- Engage with key stakeholders across client organizations to ensure readiness for change implementation and achievement of expected business outcomes.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and feedback sessions, documenting lessons learned and improvements for future projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to influence individuals beyond direct authority, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, manage, and communicate risks and issues proactively throughout the project lifecycle.

About You
You may be a fit for the Change Manager role if your background includes:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, organizational design, communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of organizational change management experience utilizing change management methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Possess solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process, with knowledge of change management practices, processes, and methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional, remote, and virtual teams in a matrix organization, addressing change readiness and managing risk for business partners.
- Experience interacting with senior management and business stakeholders , with ability to interact and negotiate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills , both written and verbal, with ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences including senior leadership, managers, and individual contributors.
- Excellent active listening skills and ability to conduct needs analysis.
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead, work independently , and proactively manage stakeholders and challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI (experience gathering and structuring data to create dashboards preferred).
- Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, ACMP) highly desirable.
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities and proactively drive changes in fast-evolving strategic environments.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the role of AI in shaping organizational transformation (preferred).
- Project/program management expertise (PMP certification a plus).
