We are looking for a
Change Management Consultant with Prosci certification to support organizational transformation initiatives and drive successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models. The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in
organizational change management frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and implement organizational change management strategies for transformation and technology initiatives.
- Apply the Prosci ADKAR methodology to ensure successful change adoption across business units.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations.
- Develop and execute communication strategies, training plans, and user adoption programs.
- Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to manage change effectively.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align business objectives with transformation initiatives.
- Track change adoption metrics and program effectiveness to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide guidance and advisory support on change management best practices.
