Job Description

Teamware Solutions is seeking a dynamic Change Analyst - Organizational Change Management (OCM) to support our strategic initiatives and transformations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring successful adoption and proficiency of changes that impact employees, processes, and technology across the organization. You'll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to minimize resistance and maximize engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Management Planning & Execution:
  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training plans, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential resistance points and formulate mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in identifying key stakeholders and tailoring change interventions to specific audience needs.
  • Communication & Engagement:
  • Draft and prepare various change-related communications (e.g., newsletters, alerts, presentations) for different audiences.
  • Support the execution of communication plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of messages.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage employees and gather feedback on change initiatives.
  • Training & Readiness:
  • Assist in the development of training materials and programs to equip employees with the necessary skills for new processes or systems.
  • Help coordinate and deliver training sessions as needed.
  • Monitor and assess employee readiness for change, providing insights and recommendations to project leads.
  • Resistance Management & Adoption:
  • Identify and analyze areas of potential employee resistance to change.
  • Work with project teams to develop and implement strategies for addressing resistance and promoting user adoption.
  • Track and report on change adoption metrics.
  • OCM Tools & Methodologies:
  • Apply a structured change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR model) to project work.
  • Utilize various OCM tools and techniques to support change initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in a Change Analyst, OCM Specialist, or similar role, supporting organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence.
  • Highly analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Preferred Skills

  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci Change Management Practitioner).
  • Experience in the IT or software solutions industry.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
