Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner

We are looking for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner to transform complex business challenges into clear, repeatable, and measurable processes. The ideal candidate combines hands-on process improvement experience with strong analytical skills, quantitative reasoning, and the ability to drive change across teams.

Location: Hyderabad

Work Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Roles and responsibilities:

• Process Engineering & Analytical Thinking: Break down complex requirements into clear processes, steps, and resource plans. Standardize workflows and eliminate manual inefficiencies using structured, data-driven approaches.
• Effort Estimation & ROI-Based Decision Making: Accurately estimate effort, evaluate cost vs. ROI, and decide whether initiatives should be executed, optimized, or discontinued. Ensure focus on high-value work.
• Six Sigma / Lean Implementation: Apply Six Sigma / Lean principles to reduce variation, optimize processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Hands-on experience with DMAIC is essential. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; Green Belt acceptable with proven delivery.
• Change Management & Process Enforcement: Drive adoption of new processes, manage resistance, and enforce compliance to ensure sustainable improvements.
• Applied Mathematics & Quantitative Reasoning: Utilize applied math skills for estimation, capacity planning, optimization, and data-driven decision making.
• Requirements Discovery & Critical Questioning: Ask the right questions upfront to clarify requirements, prevent waste, and ensure solutions address the right problems.
• Problem Solving: Identify root causes of complex challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.
• Cost Modeling & Financial Analysis: Build cost models, forecast savings, and quantify business impact to guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
• Hands-on experience in Six Sigma / Lean process improvement
• Ability to accurately estimate effort and ROI for initiatives
• Experience with process enforcement and change management
• Strong applied math skills (algebra, basic calculus concepts)
• Ability to question and clarify vague requirements proactively
• Excellent communication skills to work across teams and influence stakeholders
• Comfortable with financial modeling, cost analysis, and business case development

Preferred:

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Green Belt acceptable with proven real-world implementation)
• Experience in leading process improvements across multiple teams or functions
