About the Role
We are seeking a CPA Certified professional who has successfully cleared the CPA Examination and is motivated to grow their career in accounting and finance. The role offers hands-on exposure to accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, with opportunities to work on domestic and international assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Handle bookkeeping, general ledger, and month-end / year-end closing activities
- Support tax preparation, filings, and regulatory compliance
- Perform financial analysis and prepare management reports
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely maintenance of financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and clients
- Assist in process improvements and implementation of accounting best practices
Required Qualifications
- CPA Certified (CPA Exam Cleared Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in US accounting, auditing, or taxation
- Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
- Prior experience in an accounting firm or corporate finance environment
