Role Description

Core & Calm is seeking a full-time Certified Pilates Instructor for an on-site role based in Delhi, India. The instructor will design and lead Pilates classes and one-on-one sessions tailored to client needs, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating exercises, providing feedback to clients, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. The instructor will also collaborate with other team members to promote holistic wellness and support the studio's mission of improving clients physical and mental well-being.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pilates Instruction and leading both individual and group exercise classes.
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy principles to ensure client safety and support injury prevention and recovery.
• Strong skills in Customer Service to deliver a welcoming, professional, and client-focused experience.
• Prior experience and capability in Teaching and instructing diverse groups effectively.
• Relevant certification in Pilates Instruction; additional certifications in related fields like yoga or fitness are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and foster a positive atmosphere.
• Availability to work on-site in Delhi, India with a commitment to a full-time schedule.
• Passion for fitness and wellness along with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals of varying skill levels.
