Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Certified Pilates Instructor to join our team at Core & Calm in Civil Lines, Delhi. This on-site role involves leading group and private Pilates sessions while guiding clients to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Responsibilities include developing customized exercise plans, teaching proper techniques, ensuring a safe workout environment, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Instructors will also provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high standard of instruction and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise
- Knowledge or experience in Physical Therapy to ensure safe and effective movement practices
- Strong skills in Teaching and Adapting exercises to diverse client needs
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build meaningful relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Certification in Pilates instruction is required
- Background in wellness or fitness-related disciplines is a plus
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients with a positive and professional demeanor
