Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Swarm Technology Operator to manage and execute large-scale drone light shows. The role involves operating swarm control software, coordinating drone formations, and ensuring safe and smooth show execution during live events.
Key Responsibilities- Operate drone swarm control systems during rehearsals and live shows
- Monitor flight telemetry, GPS accuracy, and swarm synchronization
- Coordinate with the creative and animation team for formation execution
- Conduct pre-flight checks, calibration, and safety protocols
- Manage takeoff, formation transitions, and landing sequences
- Troubleshoot technical issues during rehearsals and performances
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards
Requirements- Experience with drone swarm technology / UAV operations
- Knowledge of flight control software and telemetry systems
- Understanding of GNSS, RTK positioning, and drone communication systems
- Ability to work in live event environments and travel for shows
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Preferred- Experience in drone light shows or synchronized drone operations
- Background in aerospace, robotics, or drone engineering
- DGCA drone certification (India)
