Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role located in Vasant Vihar for a Certified CompTIA CySA+ Trainer. The trainer will conduct comprehensive training sessions on CompTIA CySA+ certification, develop and deliver course materials, assess trainee performance, and provide mentorship to ensure mastery of key concepts. Responsibilities include ensuring trainees are well-prepared for certification exams, staying updated on cybersecurity trends, and continuously refining training methods to meet evolving industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CompTIA CySA+ curriculum, cybersecurity fundamentals, and related tools
- Experience in creating and delivering training programs, including designing course materials and assessments
- Strong communication, mentorship, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of network security, software security principles, and threat management
- CompTIA CySA+ certification is required; additional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or CEH are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for staying updated on industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience as a trainer or educator in IT or cybersecurity is advantageous
