The Certification Program Consultant designs and manages internal and external certification programs that validate Professional Services competencies. The role ensures certifications are role-relevant, scalable, and aligned with real-world delivery expectations. This position supports quality, consistency, and skill development across Professional Services.

• PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List the key duties and responsibilities and essential functions of the role)
• Designs structured certification frameworks aligned to Professional Services roles.
• Defines certification levels, competencies, and skill expectations.
• Develops certification assessments, including exams, scenarios, and scoring criteria.
• Establishes certification governance, including versioning, recertification, and audit controls.
• Aligns certification requirements with enablement curricula and learning paths.
• Tracks certification adoption, completion, and outcomes.
• Reports certification metrics and supports enablement analysis.
• Performs additional job-related duties as assigned.
• Ensure certifications validate real-world delivery readiness and adherence to Professional Services methodology
• Partner with enablement and services leadership to align certifications with quality and performance expectations
• Acts as the global owner of Professional Services certification standards and governance
