Job Summary:
Arbour is seeking an experienced CEO to lead its real estate development and construction management operations. The role involves driving business strategy, overseeing project execution, managing financial performance, and building strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee real estate development and construction projects from concept to completion.
- Manage project budgets, costing, vendor management, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with design and architecture teams to ensure quality and compliance.
- Handle P&L management, financial planning, and ROI optimization.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance.
- Drive sales strategies, market positioning, and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead construction operations, project management processes, and cross-functional teams.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of leadership experience in real estate, construction, or architecture.
- Strong expertise in construction lifecycle, project management, costing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
