The Successful Applicant

Candidate ArchetypeWe are intentionally open on background. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, client credible, and P&L-oriented.

We are open to leaders from:

EPC/contracting companies

Project management firms

IPC/real estate advisory backgrounds

Industrial or infrastructure project environments

The individual need not be a civil engineer. Candidates with MBA, architecture, or strong commercial/operations leadership backgrounds are very much in scope.

We are particularly interested in:

Strong P&L leaders ready for a CEO role

High-potential candidates from tier-2 EPC/platforms

Leaders with strong client-facing presence

Candidates comfortable in promoter-led environments
