About the Role
As a Centre Manager, you will lead one of upGrad's Offline Learning Centres, with a strong focus on sales, operations, and learner success. You will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing centre performance, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for learners. This role blends leadership, business growth, and academic excellence offering you the opportunity to run a centre like your own P&L.

Key Responsibilities
Own centre performance by driving admissions, revenue, and learner success while managing day-to-day operations.
Build, lead and coach a high-performing team of counsellors, tele-callers, and instructors to consistently achieve targets.
Analyze performance metrics (enrollments, conversions, revenue, learner satisfaction) and take proactive steps to improve outcomes.
Design and implement local growth strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team to increase footfall and brand visibility.
Ensure a seamless student journey from enquiry to graduation, with high satisfaction, retention, and referral rates.
Streamline processes within the centre to maximize efficiency, compliance, and adherence to upGrad's brand standards.
Act as the bridge between learners, instructors, franchise partners, and central teams, ensuring alignment and delivery excellence.
Skills & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate with 56 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in education or related industries.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth and managing operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership of outcomes.
