We at Reliance Jio are currently hiring for Jio Centre Managers - ROTN (Chengalpattu, Ranipet & Ramanathapuram)

Experience -: 12 to 19 Years of experience (Minimum 5 years into Telecom Industry)

Education -: Any Graduate (15 Years of Regular Education)

Level -: Senior Manager & Above

Major Job Responsibilities -:

• Responsible to ensure sales and customer acquisition targets
• Optimize cost and productivity of Jio Centre
• Ensure seamless operation and administration of Jio Centre
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and commercial controls
• Obtain permissions required for project execution
• Liaison with channel partners to enhance productivity
• Provide action plan for customer retention and feedback
• Manage, coach and motivate team members
