Cult is looking for strong leaders (men & women) who can travel, manage operations, drive sales, and launch fitness centers across 100 cities in India.
This is a high-ownership, field-based role with fast growth and direct exposure to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Travel across India to launch new Cult centers
Handle day-to-day centre operations and on-ground execution
Drive sales, membership revenue, and target achievement
Ensure excellent customer experience at the gym
Manage, train, and motivate centre staff and managers
Ensure gym is clean, safe, and fully operational
Follow company SOPs and processes
Monitor daily reports, sales numbers, and performance
Support city handover to regional teams after launch
Requirements
Graduate with 13 years of B2C / Field Sales / Operations experience
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT)
Fitness enthusiast with strong mental and physical stamina
Willing to travel extensively for work
Strong ownership mindset (Company > Team > Self)
